Foam brick

Foam bricks have good compressive performance: the compressive strength is greater than 0.5Mpa, the highest strength can reach more than 10.5Mpa, does not crack, and has a long service life. Foam bricks are also made of different raw materials. Foam cement bricks are made by mixing and condensing small foam particles with cement. They have high-quality properties of light weight, heat preservation, sound insulation, and fire resistance, and greatly reduce the cost due to the use of small diameters. It is an ideal product for non-load-bearing walls. Autoclaved foamed concrete bricks are mainly made of cement, slag powder and river sand as raw materials. After mixing, they are foamed by compressed air and forced to mix the air into the mixed slurry to form a concrete pouring mold with a micro-bubble structure. Manufactured by reaction and other processes, it is a new type of wall material with environmental protection, energy saving and stable material. Buildings that use autoclaved foam concrete bricks as wall materials have been inspected after two years of construction and use, and they are of good quality, meeting the national standards for project quality, sound insulation, energy saving, and fire protection. It is also a brick for non-load-bearing walls.
Feature
1. Light weight, reducing the load of the building: dry density is 300-1200kg/m³; it is 1/5-1/8 of ordinary concrete.
2. Excellent heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation performance: its thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.08-0.16w/m.k, and the sound insulation of 24cm wall is 60dB, which meets the requirements of heat insulation and sound insulation of building exterior walls and household walls.
3. Good compressive performance: the compressive strength is greater than 0.5Mpa, and the highest strength can reach more than 10.5Mpa.
4. Good seismic resistance: Because the foam brick is a porous material, it has a low elastic modulus, so that it has a good absorption and dispersion effect on shock and impact loads. At the same time, the weight of the foam brick is relatively light, which effectively reduces the load on the building. The smaller the object load, the stronger the earthquake resistance.
5. No cracking and long service life: the foam brick will not crack and hollow, and there is no need to brush the interface agent when using it, with outstanding anti-aging performance and long service life.
6. Good water resistance: the water absorption rate of foam brick material is lower than 22%, which is obviously different from other wall materials.
Raw materials
Cement: Ordinary Portland cement grade 32.5, 42.5, Ordinary silicate compound
The cement can be grade 32.5 or grade 42.5 (optional). If you want to shorten the production cycle, you can use fast hardening Portland cement or sulphoaluminate cement.
1. Aggregate filling: select according to local conditions: fly ash, river sand, stone powder, tailings slag (optional), aerated powder slag, blast furnace water slag, etc.
2. Foaming agent: YX series, special foaming agent for foam bricks.
3. Additives: use YX series, special additives for foam tiles.
